Spread a little joy around
and brighten someone's day.
Smile and sing a happy tune
as you go on your way.
It's amazing how much happiness
will follow in your wake,
Just by being joyful
with each step that you take.
Encourage cheerful thinking
everywhere you go,
Throw out seeds of kindness
then step back and watch them grow.
Cherish those around you
and hold them to your breast.
Show them how to be happy,
Teach them they are blessed.
It's really very easy
and best of all it's free.
So spread a little joy around
